Important: How can I order photos here?

In a photo album, choose a photo that you like and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, enter the quantity and click on the button: "Add to shopping cart". Once you have placed all the photos you like in the shopping cart, click on "Shopping Cart" at the top right and follow the further instructions. Here you can edit the photos (if desired), e.g. define the appropriate image section for a photo gift.

Please pay attention to the format:

The original photos usually have an aspect ratio of 2:3, which means that the entire photo can be seen in a photo print with the same aspect ratio, e.g. 10 x 15 cm (10/2*3=15). However, if you order a 9 x 13 cm photo print, for example, this means that your photo print will result in a smaller image section and parts of the image will be cropped from the original 2:3 format. Clicking on "Photo Cropping & Editing" (in the shopping cart) will take you to the cropping tool. Pink cutting lines are displayed here, which you can move if necessary.

Can we order sibling pictures together?

Yes! For access code login, click on "Did you receive another access code?". You can enter a maximum of five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. You can order combined and save shipping costs.

I received an access card with an access code - how can I order photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on "ACCESS CODE LOGIN" in the main menu, then enter the access code and then click on "Open Album".

I received an email with access data - how can I order photos?

If you have received an e-mail with access data, then click on the button in the e-mail, which will take you to the album. You will then be taken to the "Customer Login" page. Enter your access data here, i.e. e-mail address and the password that you have received.

With which camera are the photos taken? What is the resolution/quality of the photos?

I shoot with full frame cameras (Nikon Z7; 45.7 million pixels). The photos are very sharp, detailed and high-resolution, even with large prints. The preview images in the customer login area are not displayed in full resolution, but the full quality comes into its own when printed and as a digital download.

Where can we see the status of our order such as receipt of money, production or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click on the link in your order email. Alternatively, you can log in with your password and email address at "PASSWORD LOGIN" under "Customer login". The order details can then be found under "My Account".

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the payment method. When paying by PayPal and direct debit, the order is processed directly. Advance payments usually take 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the selected products. The production times can be found in the respective product information.

Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the image?

Naturally! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work exclusively with selected specialist laboratories. These specialist laboratories use high-quality materials from well-known suppliers in order not to compromise on quality. Should an error nevertheless occur, we will of course take care of it.

Can you adjust the image section?

Yes. You can do this in the shopping cart. If you zoom out, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Look for the stars, which show you whether the photo is of sufficient resolution for enlargement. You can also crop a photo so nothing is cut off from the subject.

Are the photos edited?

Yes. I edit each photo carefully, including small beauty retouches. This means that I remove clearly visible sleeping sand, large pimples, leftovers, boogers, etc. from every face. I consciously leave birthmarks, scars and freckles on my face, because these are beautiful personality traits and are "eternally" part of the human being. I usually leave crusts visible because they can evoke memories of an experience, especially in children. Dark circles and reddened skin are reduced if necessary, but only in a way that the faces still look natural and the children still look like real people. At best, I can whiten strongly yellow teeth.

For adults, I edit the pictures in such a way that possible wrinkles remain discreetly visible in the picture, as they tell stories, but not emphasized by incorrect editing.

Payment options

You can pay with the following options:

Credit card: Enter your credit card details using the secure form.

Paypal: For this you need a credit card and a free Paypal account. You can open a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

Stripe: Payable by credit card or Apple Pay. You can open a free Stripe account here: https://stripe.com/de

Twint: Twint is not officially listed as a payment method. After you've selected your photos and entered your address, you'll need to choose a payment method. Please select "Transfer to bank account" as payment method. The order arrives with me and is listed in the system.
Now you can transfer the amount via Twint to my cell phone number 076'334'45'77 including your name and the invoice number/order number. Important: Please send me an email afterwards with your name and the order number! I can therefore transfer your order to the laboratory manually after receipt of payment and/or release the purchased images for you to download.

Prepayment/bank transfer: After you have selected your photos and entered your address, you must choose a payment method. Please select "Transfer to bank account" as payment method. Then you can place the order. The order arrives with me and is listed in the system. Please follow the steps below:
1. Please transfer the amount to my bank account (Simone Meier, Bruggenmattweg 74, 8906 Bonstetten. IBAN: CH38 0900 0000 8735 8980 4, postal account 87-358980-4)
2. Please send me the proof of payment including your name and the invoice number/order number by email (after the amount has arrived on my account): cmoon@cmoonview.ch
I will immediately transfer your order to the photo lab, resp. unlock your downloads for you.

 

Availability
The photos can be ordered one month after they are published in the gallery. The photos will then be deleted to save storage space. You can purchase the photos digitally to instantly download them in full resolution and store them locally with you. If you missed the deadline, simply contact me by email: cmoon@cmoonview.ch

Watermark
The watermark on the photos is for protection only. If you order the photos, the watermark on the photos will be removed. Both for downloads and print products.

Delivery time
After receipt of payment, the photos will be sent to your home immediately. The delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. You can download digital downloads directly.

Quality
The photos are exposed by our specialized laboratory. We only use high-quality and durable materials. The Silk paper in particular is suitable for portraits.
